MinuteMachine is a Market Place for Used Equipment where any company, being a sales company or a construction company, can advertise their equipment without any cost.

You will find Used Equipment from the following categories:
Earth moving equipment,
Road construction equipment
Drilling equipment
Cranes, platforms, forklifts, etc.
Crusher and screening plants,
Trucks, trailers and semi-trailers and
Any type of farming equipment.

You can also find:
Dismantled machines
Used Attachments like buckets, tyres etc.

2.Selling and advertising equipment.

1. 2.1.How can I register in order to advertise my equipment?

Register and advertising your Used Equipment has no cost at all.

-Register step by step:
- Click here o or enter directly into “Add equipment”.
- Click on “Register here now"
- Fill in the registration form (the fields marked with (*) are obligatory)
-The access code for your Control Panel will be send immediately to the indicated e-mail account.
-In case of technical problems, (the e-mail did not reach you, the codes don’t work etc.), please get in contact with our IT-department at support@minutemachine.com
-Introduce the access code into the Customer Login Area on the right, or into the Members Login Zone above.
-Now you are in your Control Panel.


2. 2.2.Is there any cost for placing an Equipment Advert?

The Standard Used Equipment Ads are completely free.
This service includes:

- Ads for all Equipment supported in the categories – no limit of quantity or time.
- Up to 8 photos for each unit.
- The equipment details are translated automatically into 14 different languages.
- Your company information is published together with each ad of your equipment.

3. 2.3.How often do I have to up-date my stock?

It is recommended and convenient to up-date as often as you sell or buy any equipment.
This way you don’t loose any sales opportunity.
In case you don’t have time to up-date so often, please let us know by email to support@minutemachine.com.
We offer different Up-date solutions:
-Ftp – accounts where you can up-date your information and photos automatically
-Excel: Download excel file here (hyperlink download) and fill in the information of your Used equipment. Please send the file with the photos to: update@minutemachine.com

4. 2.4.How can I contact prospective customers and how can they contact me?

There are three different ways of contacting you by prospective customer:

- By Phone in case you wish to publish your Phone number
- By Fax in case you wish to publish your Fax number
- By MinuteMachine inquiry form.See example
The Inquiry form contains frequently asked questions and give the possibility of writing and sending a personal message.
To make your conversation with international clients go smoothly – especially with customers who don’t speak English- we translate the message automatically into your language.


5. 2.5.What do I have to keep in mind when I have my Advert placed?

Our target is to give as good service as possible – to advertisers as well as to customers.
As you accept our terms and conditions we kindly ask to check and update your ads once a month.
Having your ads always updated, gives you a guarantee of not losing any opportunity of selling.
In case if there is no updating done for 2 months, we inform about via email and we reserve rights to deactivate the equipment until it is updated.


6. 2.6. What are the functions of Control Panel?
1. 2.6.1 Personal Information

- Apart from adding your personal information, you can also put up some information about your company.
Company’s information: General information, such as: name, address, Tax ID, Telephone number, email address (all fields with an asterisk (*) must be filled in)
Apart from that you can add some extra detail such as: type of business (dealer, construction company, etc. / what brands do you have in your stock) etc.
- Personal information of contact person: name of the contact person who is viewed together with photos (name and surname, Mobile phone number, etc.)
- Information about your user name and password
- Space for your company’s trademark


2. 2.6.2 Stock

In STOCK you can manage your ads of your used equipment
You can add your units, modify and review all information about your used equipment
- You can modify view of your stock
You can choose the fields you want to be seen: Type, brand, year, serial number, price, etc.


3. 2.6.3 Inquiries

In section INQUIRIES, you can find all queries about your equipment you have received from potential customers.
Every single time you receive a query on a behalf of MinuteMachine you will be notify by email so that you can contact that person immediately.
To make them clear and readable, you can put them into different categories (e.g. gone, interesting, etc.) or you can simply delete them.
Unread queries are marked so that you can notice them easily.
By reading inquiries you will be able to know what person is interested in your machines (name, telephone number, fax, and email), which machine he is interested in and what information he requires.


4. 2.6.4 Advertising

Please choose the ads from your stock that you wish to promote
Click on Send

These machines will appear highlighted in the upper part of your result page.
For instant: please look for Volvo L 90 C.
Your machine will come up, if there is anybody who is looking for blades or loaders in general, Volvo in general- if there is anybody looking for loaders of Volvo.
This way information about you and your machine will be seen by potential clients.


2. 2.6.4.2 MinuteAds:

Here you can select countries where you wish your ads to be seen.
This type of marketing is designed separately for each company:
Please choose the country where you wish your text banner that leads to you your website to be seen. For example: Spain
Please write a title in field called “Title” – you write maximum 30 characters.
Please write text of your ad in the field “Text”- you can write maximum 60 characters.

7. 2.7. What are the other functions of Control Panel?
1. 2.7.1 Stock

Apart from managing your stock, it has following functions:
- It has brief statistics of each machine(impressions, clicks and inquiries)
- It has an option of exporting a complete list or a part of it to Excel, PDF, preparation of emails
- It has an option of selecting machines and fields to export manually (e.g. Type, Brand, Model, price or all information, etc.)
- It has an option of selecting a language of the list you want to export. It also gives you an opportunity of writing personal emails to your clients in different language.


2. 2.7.2 Inquiries:

Apart from receiving inquiries (Hyperlink) you can also see and manage your inquires received from the clients interested in your equipment.
Function:
- You can organize them by date, country, inquired machine, etc.
- You can organize each inquiry by marking it( offer sent, client interested, Last price, appointment)
- You can write down the price
- And much more


3. 2.7.3Statistics:

We offer our clients to the statistics of their advertised machines:
- How many impression my machines have received?
- How many times someone has seen description of my equipment?
- How many inquiries have I received? Today? Yesterday? This week?
- From which country I received most inquiries and about which machine? - How many days have I had my equipment advertised on MinuteMachine?
- How much time do I need to sell a machine?

8. 2.8. How can I modify or chance my personal information?

You can modify or change your personal information by log in to your Control Pannel (All fields marked with (*) an asterisk must be filled)

9. 2.9.I forgot my password. How can I receive it again?

Please click on “Did you forget your password?” on the page “ADD EQUIPMENT” and then click on “Contact MinuteMachine”. Here you can send a short message to us so that we can send you your password again. In some cases you might receive a link to your Control Panel in where you will have a possibility to change your passwords.

10. 2.10.How can I change my passwords?

You are allowed to change your passwords once. You can do that directly from your Control Panel in “Personal Information”

11. 2.11.Don’t have time for updating my stock/ I have a lot of unit for sale- is there any solution?

Having your stock updated guarantees you receiving inquiries about available machines for sale and not missing any opportunity of selling. There are three different way of updating your stock we offer.

12. 2.12.What is MinuteAds?

MinuteAds- Find new clients all around the world.
Advertise yourself using text banner that leads directly to your website.
Create your text banner, designed separately for every country in which you wish to find more clients.

MinuteMachine is one of not many free website for used equipment. It is free for sellers as well as for buyers. We provide you all information you need before you buy anything.

2. 3.2. How can I look for a machine?

As MinuteMachine is free, it is used by people all over the world and this guarantees better sales.
You can easily check the price, quality, brand, type and the country in which the machine you are looking for is available. Simply, type in all information of the machine you are looking for in advance search in quick search and…start your search!
There are three different types of searches available:

Select one or few countries where you wish to look for a machine.
You can activate a few different continents at once. 1 click= to activate/ 2 clicks= to deactivate.
Search by type: Select the category; for example heavy machinery (you will see all types of heave machinery automatically) For example: bulldozer, Por ej. 4. 3.4 To make it easier for you, we offer different ways of contacting with the seller:
1. 3.4.1 By e-mail
We made it easier for you and you can contact the seller by filling in a questionnaire. This will be translated into his language and send to him.
In every information sheets about any machine you can find a bottom “contact with seller”
Please fill in your personal information (Company, contact person, telephone number, and e-mail) and fill in all the boxes which you wish to add information in. (reparation, facilities, certificates, photos, last price, transport, etc.)
Click on “Send”
The seller will contact you with no time.

Telephone and fax numbers are written in every information sheet of machine.
